Rates:

• Our rate is $150.00* per hour of actual entertainment time  (No charge for set-up or tear-down time)
  Always ask for a specific quote for your event.

•  All jobs are based on a 4 hour minimum.  (Non-profits,  Military and Police/Fire ask for a special quote)

• No travel charge for jobs within 50 miles of Ruidoso.  Outside of a 50 mile perimeter of Ruidoso, mileage is charged at 50 cents per mile.

• Payment In Full Is Due Upon Completion Of Event.
  * Price excludes weddings, special microphones, special music/lighting or hazardous load-in.

Venue Requirements:

• Access to venue/event 3 hours prior to the event and 1-2 hours after the event.

• A complete DJ "Schedule of Events" ( Necessary for wedding receptions, reunions and conventions)
  A copy must be provided to "Harvey T."  prior to the event date.

• At least two 15-20 Amp Circuits ( A standard wall circuit/outlet), within 25 feet of the DJ area.

• $250.00* Non-Refundable Deposit (Required to secure the event date). * Weddings require a 50% deposit.

Note:  We are the company you will hire if we contract your event. We do not offer or contract our services out to/for other DJ's or "sub-contractors". I will personally handle your service from start to finish.
