NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Governing Body of the Village of Ruidoso has called a Special Meeting for Friday, September 2, 2005, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The Special Meeting will be held at the Village of Ruidoso Council Chambers, 313 Cree Meadows Drive, Ruidoso, New Mexico. The purpose of the Special Meeting is as follows:

1. Recommendation for Village of Ruidoso Attorney Under Small Purchases Act '13-1-125, NMSA 1978.
 

I certify that notice has been given in compliance with Sections 10-15-1 through 10-15-4 NMSA 1978 and Resolution 2005-01.
