and the Outstanding Village of Ruidoso Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 1980
and
(2) Designing, Acquiring, Constructing, Equipping and Otherwise Improving
a New Village Fire Station; Providing That the Bonds Will Be Payable and
Collectible from the Gross Receipts Tax Revenues Distributed to the Village;
Providing That Certain Terms and Details Concerning the Bonds Will Be
Approved in a Subsequent Resolution of the Village; Prescribing Other
Details
Concerning the Bonds and Gross Receipts Tax Revenues, Including but Not
Limited to Covenants and Agreements in Connection with the Bonds and the
Form and Manner of Execution of the Bonds; Ratifying Action Previously Taken
in Connection with the Bonds; and Repealing All Ordinances in Conflict
