At 139 PM MDT... National Weather Service Doppler Radar Indicated Very Heavy Rains Were Occurring Over Northeast Lincoln County.

A Band Of Showers And Thunderstorms Continue To Track Over The Same Area... Mainly Along Highway 247. Doppler Radar Indicates Rainfall Rates Of Up To Three Inches Per Hour.

Persons Driving Through The Region Should Be Alert To High Water Flows In Arroyos As Well As Low Water Crossings. Do Not Cross Flooded Roads Of Unknown Depth.

Remember... Ditches Are Deadly. A Gentle Flow Of Water Can Become
A Raging Torrent In A Matter Of Minutes
